髋、膝、踝关节被动锻炼器的研制

摘要 本文根据对人体一个步态周期中的分期和转变点与髋、膝、踝关节的角度-时间关系的研究,研制了一台微电脑控制机械式的、能模拟人下蹲姿势的髋、膝、踝关节被动锻炼器,用来帮助关节置换术病人、下肢病康复期患者恢复其关节功能。该锻炼器结构紧凑、重量轻、操作和调整简便,携带方便,对骨科病人的康复起积极的辅助治疗作用。 The development of passive physical training apparatus has been completed. This minicomputer-controlled mechanical apparatus can simulate the posture and the motion of a squalling human body and be used to help the patient who has leg trouble or has his leg joint exchanged to return to normal. The development of this apparatus is based on the research of one step action cycle of human body. It contains the substep, the turning point and the angle-time relations for hipjoint, kneejoint and anklejoint. This apparatus is compact, portable and easy to operate, adjust and carry. There will be a great improvement in orthopaedy patient's work after auxiliary using this apparatus.
