掺砂的云母鳞片增强水泥的性能

THE PROPERTIES OF MICA FLAKES REINFORCED CEMENT CONTAINING SAND

本文研究了掺砂的云母鳞片增强水泥(MRC)的性能。结果表明:砂的掺入影响了云母鳞片在水泥基体中的取向和分布,降低了云母鳞片的增强效果,从而使 MRC 的抗弯强度和韧性均有明显下降。考虑到掺砂有助于抑制水泥硬化体的变形,作者认为:在保证充分发挥云母鳞片的增强作用和 MRC 制品尺寸稳定性的前提下,应合理地选择砂灰比。

In this paper,influence of sand on the properties of mica flakes reinforced cement (MRC)was investigated.The results showed that the flexural strength and toughness of MRC decreased significantly as sand/cement ratio increased.The orientation of mica flakes decreased and the distribution of mica flakes became less uniform in MRC with sand.Wet expansion change of MRC without sand showed that mica flakes acted not only as reinforcing agent,but also as aggregate.The author pointed out that the sand/cement ratio had to be reasonably selected,in order to give full play to the reinforcing effeet of mica flakes and have good dimension stability for products.
