摘要
技术是一个连续发展的累积过程。随着技术累积的发展,必然会产生技术累积效应,从而对技术本身以及自然和社会带来一定的影响。技术累积效应表现为技术发展的体系化、技术结构的复杂化、技术基础变化的加速化等,它具有连续性与阶段性的统一、滞后性或潜在性、相关性等特征。技术累积效应的产生与技术自身的相对独立性的特点是分不开的,与技术的扩展性是有联系的,与技术的属性是紧密联系的。
Technology implies a cumulative development process, in which the cumulative effect shall unavoidably come about to affect the technology itself and the society and nature to a certain extent. The cumulative effect will systemize the technological development, get the technological structure sophisticated and accelerate the change in technological foundation. It is characterized with the unity of continuity and being phased in hysteresis, latency and correlation. In addition, the effect is found inseparable from the relative independency of technology itself, but in relation to the expansion of technology especially to the attribute of technology.
