Reflections on the Educational College's Role in a New Turn of Teachers' Continuous Education

新一轮中小学教师继续教育在基础教育课程改革这一背景下开始了。作为市一级培训基地的教育学院,如何在新一轮教师继续教育中发挥领军作用,如何在刚刚结束的前一轮继续教育已取得很大成绩的基础上再创佳绩,是教育学院必须深入思考的问题。认清形势,调整战略,充实内涵,积极应对才是教育学院存在与发展的唯一途径,也是教育学院的办学方向。

Primary and secondary teachers' continuous education is being carried out on the basis of the educational curriculum reform.Being a municipal training base,the Educational College should think over how to play a leading role in a new turn of teachers' continuous education and how to make greater achievements compared with the last turn.Knowing the situation,adapting the strategy,enriching the content and responding the case actively is the only way of the development and survival of the educational college and is also the direction of running the school.
