摘要
教师聘任制正在全国各地各级各类学校逐步推行,但目前许多学校实行的教师聘任制还存在着各种问题,严重地影响了教师工作积极性的充分发挥,影响学校教育质量的提高,需要人们依据相关法律的规定,对教师聘任制进行不断的改革,使其不断趋于完善。
The teachers' employment system is being carried out in the whole country. But there are still many problems, which reduces seriously the teachers' working enthusiasm and the teaching quality. The system should be improved gradually, with the support of certain rules and laws, to reach the perfection.
