On Teaching of Junior Chinese Expanding Reading

中学语文教学应让学生更多地直接接触语文材料,在大量的语文实践中掌握运用语文的规律。教师要加强阅读指导,提高阅读的质量。提倡开放性阅读教学,选取开放的教学内容。

Middle school teachers should create chances for students to put themselves into touching Chinese reading materials directly and master the rules and regularity of using Chinese language during reading practice. Teachers should act as guides to help students read in effective way and improve their reading ability. They should also advocate open teaching method and choose teaching content to cultivate students' reading ability.
