水介质对0Cr18Ni9不锈钢微动运行特性的影响

摘要 在大气、纯净水、酸性水和海水四种介质中,对0Cr18Ni9钢以两种不同载荷(50N、100N)和不同位移幅值进行微动磨损试验,并建立了运行工况微动图。结果显示:水介质改变了微动运行的区域,部分滑移区变小,而混合区和滑移区向小位移方向移动,并表现出明显的润滑作用;水介质降低了微动摩擦因数,降低效果从高到低依次为海水、酸性水和纯净水。 In the environmental media of air, water, acid water and seawater, a series of tests on the fretting wear of 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel were carried out with two normal loads (50 N, 100 N) and different displacement amplitudes. The running condition fretting maps have been bulit up on the basis of the fretting tests. The test results showed that the fretting running regimes were changed by the aqueous media. The mixed regime and slip regime moved to the lower displacement, the partial slip regime became smaller. Therefore, the aqueous media have an obvious effect on lubrication. The friction coefficents of fretting was also reduced by the aqueous media. The friction coefficent orders from low to high at the steady stage were seawater, acid water and water.
