膝关节周围菱型阻滞加触痛点局部注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎

Knee periarticular block combined with trigger point injection for treating knee osteoarthritis

目的研究膝骨性关节炎有效、安全、简便的治疗方法方法首先局部触痛点注射1%利多卡因和强的松龙合剂,然后在膑前皮下呈菱形注射。无效者关节腔注射合剂,但改用地塞米松,腔内积液者抽吸并冲洗,必要时手法按摩治疗。结果本组63例,优效51例,占80.95%;良效10例,占15.87%;差效2例,占3.17%,随访6个月,未见复发和加重。结论膝关节周围菱形阻滞加触痛点注射是治疗膝骨性关节炎的有效、安全、简便的方法。

Objective To research an effective, safe and simple method for treating the knee osteoarthritis. Methods Local trigger points were injected with 1% lidocaine and prednisolone firstly, then the prepattelar region infiltrated like a rhombus. Knee articular cavity was injected with dexamethasone instead of prednisolone in the analgesic mixture if the treatment mentioned above was ineffective. Effusion in the cavity should be aspirated and irrigated, manual massage if necessary. Results Of the total 63 cases excellent effects were in 51 cases ( 80.95% ), good 10 cases ( 15.87% ), poor 2 cases (3.17%). There were no cases of recurrence or exacerbation after six months follow-up. Conclusion Knee periarticulur block combined with trigger point injection is a good method to treat the knee osteoarthritis.
