在传统模式下建造工程项目,因每个成员组织都有着各自的利益目标,无法建立起真正有效的合作关系。在工程项目建造中引入供应链管理机制,有利于形成共同的利益基础,从整体优化工程的建造环节,降低建造成本,最终增加各组织成员所获得的收益,满足大部分利益相关者。

When the construction of a civil engineering project is conducted in the traditional mode, every participating organization has its own interest, so it is impossible to build a really effective relationship of cooperation among them. When the supply chain management mechanism is introduced into the civil engineering project, a common basis of interest can be formed; the construction phase of the project can be optimized as a whole; the construction cost can be reduced; the revenue of every group member can be increased, and most stakeholders of the project can be satisfied.
