艺术专业大学生思想政治教育的思考

Reflections on Moral Education for Art-Majors

普通高校(非艺术院校)艺术专业的学生是学校的特殊"一族",他们在心理、思想以及专业学习等方面具有明显的特点,搞好这一特殊学生群体的思想政治教育工作,既要坚持"个性"与"共性"相结合,又要突出思想政治教育的"主旋律",强化心理健康教育和职业道德教育;发挥专业教师潜移默化的作用;强化艺术实践的作用;加快课程改革;实行导师制,试行导生制;提高管理者的思想政治素质。

Art majors belong to a special group at colleges and universities, and they have many distinctive characteristics in their psychology, thought and the learning of their specialties. It is proposed in this paper that to do a good job in the moral education of the art majors, we should combine individuality with universality and conduct a comprehensive and open education putting students into the focus of the students affairs. In addition, new methodology, contents, and countermeasures must be explored in the process of intensifying moral education, bringing into play the advantages of specialty instruction, and developing the cultural spirit.
