摘要
利用花粉管通道法将海滩盐生植物秋茄总DNA和海边月见草总DNA导入花生,在140mmol/LNaCl溶液处理下,转基因花生后代(T2)的发芽率有明显的提高,转秋茄DNA花生和转海边月见草DNA花生的发芽率分别是原种的2.0倍和1.8倍。
The exogenous total DNA of Kandelia candel L. Druce and Oenothera littaralis Schlect were introduced into the peanut through the pollen-tube pathway technique. The results of salt tolerance experiment showed that the seeds from transgenic plants have better germination than the control in the 140 mmol/L NaCl medium. The germination rates of transgenic peanut with DNA of K. candel and O. littaralis were 2.0 times and 1.8 times as the control.
