Steady-state Simulation of Reactor for SPG PP Installation

针对中国石油辽河石化分公司的聚丙烯生产装置中测量反应器出口参数的仪表不全的缺陷 ,通过建立并求解定态数学模型 ,得到出口浆液浓度、反应物出口浓度等一些重要参数的准确值 ,并结合实际生产工况 ,对计算结果进行分析 。

Aimed at the lack of the apparatus measuring for the outlet parameters,the article established and solved a steady-state mathematical model and got the accurate data of a few important outlet parameters.Combined with practical operating condition,the computational result was analyzed and suggestions on the improvement of the production were put forward.
