竞争情报为图书馆走出低谷、持续发展提供了契机。图书馆参与竞争情报不仅是必要的 ,而且是可行的。参与竞争情报的关键是竞争情报队伍的培养、信息服务宣传。
Competition intelligence provides a chance for the library to come back from stagnation to the standing development track.It's necessary and feasible for the library to play a part in competition intelligence,the key procedure of which are:to foster competition intelligence tablents,publicize information services,and provide competition intelligence services.
