摘要
本文介绍了黄河万家寨电站水轮机硬涂层和软涂层的抗磨能力,提出了涂层破坏的主要原因,并着重分析了涂层破坏与空蚀、叶片裂纹之间的关系。
The soft and hard anti-abrasive layers were used on water turbines for Wanjiazhai hydropower station. The soft anti-abrasive layers were found to fall out soon after a short period of operation, the hard layers didn' t shower better results either. The reason for failing of the anti-abrasive layers through comparison of two layers during operation was analyzed. Effect of cavitations and cracks on the anti-abrasive layers was discussed.
