AFP与AFU联合检测在肝癌术后复发早期诊断中的意义(英文)

Significance of early diagnosis recurrent hepatocellular carcinoma after operation by AFP and AFU monitoring

目的进一步阐明AFP与AFU在肝癌术后复发早期诊断中的意义.方法对该院2000年1月～2002年12月之间行手术后复发的102例肝癌患者的血AFP与AFU水平进行回顾性研究分析.结果当证实为肝癌复发时,AFP阳性例数为54例,AFU阳性例数为74例,AFU的阳性率高于AFP(P＜0.01),两者中任一项阳性病例共92例,高于AFU(P＜0.05)或AFP(P＜0.05)单独的阳性率.证实为复发时,AFP的水平低于术前(P＜0.01),AFU与术前相比无明显差异(P＞0.05).结论肝癌复发早期诊断中,AFU的意义大于AFP,两者联合检测的价值高于两者任何之一.

To detect the significance of AFP and AFU for the early diagnosis of the recurrence of the hepatic carcinoma after being resected. Retrospectively analysis the level of plasma AFP and AFU of 102 patients who had been suffered from the hepatic carcinoma operation and relapse since January 2000 to December 2002. When the recurrence was confirmed, the level of AFP was lower significantly than the level before operation (P <0.01), but the level of AFU was similar to (P >0.05). the patients of positive AFP were 54, while AFU were 74, the positive rate of AFU was higher than the AFP (P <0.01), and any one of the tow parameters were 92, the positive rate was higher than anyone of the two parameters (P <0.05). [Conclusion] When the early diagnosis of the recurrence of hepatic carcinoma after operation was needed, the worth of AFU was greater than the AFP, and when the two parameters were combined, the worth much greater than anyone.
