血浆置换术治疗急性重症毒物中毒的疗效观察

Effect of therapeutic plasma exchang teatment on severe acute toxicosis

目的探讨应用治疗性血浆置换术(therapeutic plasma exchange,TPE)治疗急性重症中毒的效果.方法采用COBE Spectra血细胞分离机,对83例该院收治的急性重症中毒患者进行TPE治疗.平均置换血浆量约35～50ml/kg,置换液1/3为生理盐水,2/3为新鲜冰冻血浆.结果83例患者中,治疗有效56例,有效率67.5%.在中毒早期进行的TPE效果明显.结论TPE是治疗急性重症中毒的一种有效手段.在条件许可的情况下,急性重症中毒患者应尽早进行治疗,以期取得好的疗效.

To investigate the effect of therapeutic plasma exchang (TPE) for severe acute toxicosis treatment. TPE was used in 83 patients with severe acute toxicosis. COBE Spectra blood cell separator was used to perform TPE. The average volume of replaced plasma was 35~50 ml/kg. The replacement was 1/3 normal saline and 2/3 fresh frozen plasma. The therapeutic effective rate was 67.5 (56 in 83). The effect of TPE in ealy stage of toxicosis was obvious especially. [Couclusion] TPE is an effective method for treating severe acute toxicosis. In order to obtain more therapeutic effect, early stage treatment is very important.
