联合应用多种内固定方式治疗肱骨复杂骨折的疗效观察

Effect of complex humerus fractures treated by combined internal fixations

目的讨论肱骨髁上髁间粉碎骨折的治疗方法及其疗效。方法2块重建钛板联合松质骨加压螺钉及可吸收线治疗肱骨髁间髁上粉碎骨折12例;通过随访,观察其疗效。结果12例病例术后x线复查均固定确实,无螺钉松动及骨折碎块脱落,所有病例均获得良好愈合;术后肘关节功能大部分恢复良好。结论对于复杂骨折,在没有合适的内固定材料时,亦可尝试多种内固定方式联合应用,同样会受到良好的效果。

To discuss the method and effect on treatment of superacondylar and intercondylar comminuted fracture. 12 cases with the superacondylar and intercondylar comminuted fracture were treated by two reconstructive titanic plates, absorbed thread and lag screws. The internal fixation was fixed on X-ray after operation, no screw and bone fragment had loosen, all the patients were satisfied with the outcome. [Conclusions] We can use several internal fixation methods to treat the superacondylar and intercondylar comminuted fracture.
