宫内节育器所致异常子宫出血的治疗观察

目的筛选治疗宫内节育器所致异常子宫出血的最佳药物方案。方法将384例病例,随机分成6组,进行治疗,并比较疗效。结果有效率依次为:联合用药组(止血中药十抗纤溶组)93.3%;避孕药组:90.0%;抗前列腺组87.8%;抗过氧化反应组84.2%,抗纤溶组:81.4%,宫腔注药组77.5%(此组复发率最高为60.2%);与联合用药组比较,差异有显著性P<0.05。结论带环出血是多因素综合作用所致,治疗以联合用药疗效最高。

[Conclusion] Abnormal uterine bleeding by using IUD is caused by many factors of combined effects, the best treatment is the combined medical treatment.
