摘要
本文对当前NCP系统的发展状况及其在集成环境下运行存在的问题进行了分析和研究,提出在CIM环境下NCP系统设计的策略,试图运用特征理论解决CAD/NCP、CAPP/NCP的集成问题.文中提出了一套CAD/NCP、CAPP/NCP新的接口方式,以期从特征底层把CAD、CAPP、NCP有机地统一起来。
In this paper, the current situation of the NCP system under CIM env- ironment and its problems, especially the problems inrolved in the interfaces of CAD/NCP and CAPP/NCP, have been analyzed and studied in detail. The series of strategies and a set of new interface modes of CAD/NCP, CAPP/NCP are pro- vided to develop a new NCP system. On the basis of using this interface technique, all the parts in an integrated system is unified as a whole from the bottom of the feature. Besides, some key points about the development of the NCP system under CIM environment and the methods for solving them are also discussed.
