大麦花药培养反应迟钝基因型的胚状体诱导和绿苗再生 被引量:4

摘要 用5份在历年大麦花药离体培养中反应值低的基因型作供试材料,比较了早、晚播,培养主茎穗或分蘖穗中花药和诱导培养基中加高、低浓度生长素的花培反应值,结果表明:早播,用主茎穗花药和诱导培养基中加高浓度生长素,可以提高迟钝基因型的反应花药率和绿苗率。 Early or late-sowing,culturing anthers collected from spikes of main stem or tiller and inducing media with lower or higher concentration of auxins were compared for their effects on anther culture responsiveness using 5 barley genotypes which previously proved to be insensate to anther culture.According to the comparison,frequencies of anther responding and green plant of the insensate genotypes were able to be improved by early- sowing,culturing anthers of main-stem spikes and media with higher concentrations of aux- ins.
