摘要
以选育高产、优质、适宜于段木栽培的香菇菌种为宗旨,通过引种和多年品比试验,选出了“沪农1号”菌种,该菌种较传统菌种具有更强的合成、分泌多种酚氧化酶和纤维素酶的能力,菌丝定植快、生长迅速、出菇早、产量高,较对照增产42.9%,菇质好,花厚菇率提高25%～50%,出口菇比例超过80%,并能达到当年接种,当年出菇,收回成本,具有较大的社会效益和经济效益。
“Hunong No.1”,a shiitake mushroom(Lentinus edodes)strain suitable for cultivation in bed logs,was screened in this study.It can synthesize and secrete more phenol oxidase and cellulase than traditional strains.The growth characteristics of “Hunong No.1” are fast spawn colonization and running,early fruiting,high yield and good quality.Com- pared with contrast,the mushroom production of “Hunong No.1”increased by 42.9%,the number of good-quality mushrooms increased by 25%～50% and the rate of export mush- rooms is more than 80%.By cropping “Hunong No.1”the investment can be taken back in the first year of inoculation and considerable social and economic can be achieved.
