The cost of organizational learning is an important concept in the knowledge management.Knowledge parent, knowledge forms and knowledge transaction cost and so on are the factors affecting learning cost. The high cost of core knowledge is the economic foundation of its uniqueness and worthiness. Over the notion of organizational learning cost, a lot of theoretic problems, for example, the path dependence of organizational learning, the cause of knowledge transformation, the source of core competence, strategic choice of enterprises, the capital property of knowledge and the economic reason of management progress and so on, may attain a logical and consistent interpretation.
