现代科技负效应使人类可持续发展潜伏着危机。科技伦理构建是实现可持续发展的重要手段之一。论证了现代科技伦理构建对我国可持续发展的意义以及现代科技伦理构建的基本对策。
The negative effect of modern science and technology hinders the sustainable development.The establishment of science and technology ethic is one of the important ways to obviate it and realize the sustainable development.This paper demonstrates the significance of the establishment of science and technology ethic for China and puts forward essential countermeasures.
