Education has the function of supporting the development of science and technology. Science and technology provide advanced and modernized means for education, and therefore plays a facilitative role in the development of education. Only by clarifying the dialectical relationship between education and science and technology form the perspective of philosophy of science and technology can we probe into the new mode of training and fostering persons with talent under the condition of revolution in science and technology.
