摘要
目的 对正常人及具有眩晕、平衡功能障碍患者的重心平衡动摇检测图形进行分析研究。方法 采用日本阿尼玛公司制造的重心平衡动摇检测仪 ,对 6 0例正常人和具有眩晕、平衡功能障碍的患者 2 2 2例进行了重心平衡动摇检测。结果 得到的 7类图形 ,即球心型、中间型、前后型、左右型、弥漫型、多中心型、视觉相关型等 ;7类图形与疾病及部位具有一定的对应关系 ,其中球心型多为正常人图形 ;前后型多见于一侧内耳迷路损害或小脑蚓部病变 ;左右型多见于双耳迷路损害 ;弥漫型常见于中枢性眩晕、平衡障碍 ,即小脑半球或脑干病变 ;视觉相关型 (睁眼正常 ,闭眼异常或睁眼异常 ,闭眼正常 ) ,多见于视觉调节的刺激或破坏性损害 ;中间型多为介于球心型和弥漫型之间的图形 ;多中心型多见于视、听、本体感觉系统中含有两或三个系统损害的疾病。结论 通过综合图形分类 ,可对引起眩晕、平衡功能障碍的疾病进行初步定性定位诊断的分析。
Objective To test healthy subjects and patients with vertigo and balance function disorder with postural sway measurement graphs. Methods 60 cases in healthy subjects and 222 cases with vertigo and balance function disorder were determined through the postural sway measurement by the instrument of Anima Company of Japan. Results Seven graphs were classified into ball style,middle style,vertical style,left-right style,widespread style,multiple central style and optical correlation style graphs, etc. Seven graphs were related to disease nature and position to a considerable extent. Ball style graphs occurred for the most part in normal persons,vertical style in labyrinth disorder of one inner ear or cerebella vermis disorder,left-right style in tow labyrinth disorder、widespread style in central vertigo and balance function disorder which showed cerebella hemisphere and brain stem disorders、optical correlation style in stimulation and impairment of optical regulation (normal when eyes opened and abnormal when eyes closed or abnormal when eyes opened and normal when eyes closed). Central style graphs were intermediate between ball and widespread style ones. Multiple central style graphs occurred in two or three of visual、acoustic and proprioceptive system diseases. Conclusion Through comprehensive analysis and classification to graphs, further understanding for the graphs associated with the disease of vertigo and balance function disorder is very important for the initial diagnosis and analysis for nature and position of diseases.
