北京地区高层和大型公用建筑的地基基础问题 被引量:27

摘要 建筑条件和环境的改变为高层建筑、超高层建筑和大型公用建筑地基基础的评价与设计带来了若干新的课题。以北京地区遇到的情况为例,讨论了在承载力、稳定性分析和沉降协调与控制等方面进行的一些探讨和取得的初步成果,也提出了一些需要进一步研究的问题。 Owing to the changes in building conditions and the environments, new problems on the evaluation and design of foundations for high-rise buildings, skyscrapers and large-scale public buildings are frequently encountered. Taking issues rose in Beijing area as examples, this paper discussed some primary achievements relating to analysis of bearing capacity and stability and controlling of uneven settlements. Important issues that need to be further concerned were also pointed out at the same time.
