摘要
20世纪90年代以来,英国在“失败学校”改进方面积累了丰富的经验。文章在对英国“失败学校”采取独特措施的背景予以梳理,阐述独特措施的内容和特点,分析学校改革的影响因素的基础上,对我国当前基础教育学校改革的策略选择作出思考。
Since 1990's,the special experience has been enriched in 'failing school' improvement in the UK. Having briefly introduced the background of special measures that the 'failing school' adopted in the UK.,this article focuses on expounding the content and characteristics of special measures. Besides,this article analyzes the factors of influencing school reform,and considers the strategy choosing of school reforma in basic education in China.
