浙江省高等教育个人支付意愿与独立学院发展规模的实证研究

Demonstration study of Zhejiang Province's private willingness to pay on higher education and the scale of independent sub-college

利用文献模型对浙江省高等教育宏观需求量与高等教育个人支付意愿进行分析的结果表明,至2002年,浙江省高等教育的发展规模基本满足社会经济发展的宏观需求,且仍可继续扩大;独立学院是浙江省优质、高效发展本科教育的有效之路,但其规模发展潜力受高校学费水平、居民收入水平和政府对大学生资助政策的制约。

According to the analytic result of macro-demand on the scale of higher education and private willingness to pay on higher education by utilizing the document model, we can know that, from 2002, the higher education's development of the scale in Zhejiang Province meets the demand of macro-economical development basically, but it need still continue expanding. At the same time, the independent sub-college is the effective way of high-quality, high-efficient development of undergraduate education. However, the potential development of the scale seems to be limited by the level of tuition fee in the university, the household income level, and the government sustentation policy for the undergraduates.
