摘要
院校研究是高等教育研究中一个较为特殊的研究范式,院校研究的发展必须具备必要的内外部条件。诸如高校面向资源市场自主办学、对高校制度化的社会问责、对高校决策权力的多重制约、高校领导对"有限理性"的清醒认识、可便利获取的数据信息以及研究者必备的专业素养等。目前这些条件在我国只能说正在形成之中,大力推介院校研究,有助于研究进程与相关条件的相互促进。
The institutional research is a comparatively special methodology of higher education research. The development of institutional research should have inner and external conditions, such as running schools independently facing the resource market, social responsibility of higher institutes institutionalized, multi-restraining of decision-making power, leadership's understanding on 'limited reason', data information obtained conveniently and indispensable professional qualities of researchers. Nowadays, these conditions are at the period of formation in our country, so the introduction of institutional research is effective way for promoting mutually between the process of research and relevant conditions.
