我国高等师范教育正处在战略转型的关键时期,有条件的重点师范大学应逐步实现"三个转型":从传统的师范教育向现代教师教育转型,从单一的师范大学向以教师教育为主要特色的综合性大学转型,从教学科研型大学向研究型大学转型。准确把握这三个转型并积极探索其实现的路径,对于重点师范大学的发展具有战略性意义。

Nowadays, advanced teacher training education is at the essential time of the strategy turning. The key normal universities must solve and accomplish 'the three turning' next step, which is the turning from the traditional teacher training to the modern teacher education, from the single normal university to the comprehensive university with the feature of teacher training, from today's teaching and science researching university to the future's researching university. It is the strategic meaning for the development of key normal universities to understand the content of the 'the three turning' correctly and trying actively to explore the realization method. 
