摘要
大学英语四、六级考试存在的主要问题有:使大学英语教学成为应试教学;弱化了对学生英语综合应用能力的培养;束缚了大学英语教学方法的改革;冲击了专业课的学习;不利于专业英语的教学等等。建议从制度层面上弱化四、六级考试在教学评价中的权重;提高考试效度;调整考试难度;利用教育增值,提高评价的公平性;调整考试内容,促进专业英语教学。
CET-4&6 has a lot of problems, such as changing College English teaching into teaching for test, reducing the education to synthesis application ability of college students, fettering the reform of College English teaching method, influencing the learning of specialized course and not benefiting of Special English and so on. Therefore, the suggestion is that we should weaken rate of CET-4&6 in teaching evaluation from system, improve the validity of examination, adjust the difficulty degree of examination, promote impartial quality of evaluation by education addition and modify test content to strengthen Special English teaching.
