摘要
以沈阳典型老工业基地为例,以政府职能创新为重点,针对当前政府职能转变中存在的问题,提出了进一步推进政企分开、实现政府职能创新的若干对策措施。
In order to solve the problems in the transition of government function, this essay, taking Shenyang old industrial base as an example, analyses the importance of the innovation of government function and proposes strategies to realize the further separating of government administration and business management.
