东北振兴与东北亚区域合作之间存在着某种必然的联系。我国作为东北亚的核心国家,我国东北地区又地处东北亚中心腹地的重要位置。东北振兴必将为东北亚各国间经贸关系的发展创造新的机遇;东北亚区域合作也将进一步推动东北振兴的步伐。因此,东北振兴与东北亚区域合作之间存在着互为机遇、互相促进的互动关系。
