Innovation of the Content of Economic Law——The General Principle of the Law of Market Service

经济法的调整对象除调整宏观调控关系、市场规制关系等以外,市场服务关系亦应成为其重要的调整对象。我国加入WTO,政府职能的转变,市场服务是政府及中介组织为市场和市场主体在市场运行过程中提供各种服务行为。市场服务在现实中存在构建成法的必要性,市场服务法有着独特的调整对象、原则与内容体系,应成为经济法中部门法的组成部分。

Besides the relations of macro-adjusting, market regulating, etc, the adjustable object of Economic Law should involve the relation of servicing for market.Since China joins the WTO, the functions of government are also changing. Servicing for market means that the state and medi-body provide all kinds of convenience during the process of market operation. In fact, it is quite necessary to establish the law of market service which has its own object and principle and system, which is becoming a branch of the Economic Law.
