摘要
在100℃用油酸甲酯对DL-602进行酰胺化反应6h,再经硫酸二甲酯季铵化反应制备了有机硅季铵盐类抗菌整理剂ASQA,并对其结构进行了表征.经ASQA整理过的棉布具有一定的抗菌效果,洗涤30次后抑菌率仍大于80%,具有优良的抗菌耐洗性.
A silyl quaternary ammonium salt ASQA suitable as antibacterial finishing agent was synthesized by amidation of DL-602 with methyl oleate at 100 ℃ for 6 h, followed by quaternization with dimethyl sulfate. The structure of the product was symbolized. The fabrics finished with ASQA had a certain degree of antibacterial activity and showed an antibacterial rate of over 80% after 30 cycles of washing, confirming its excellent wash fastness.
