摘要 引用自交联的第三组分改性单体有机硅交联剂,采用微乳液聚合法,由D4开环聚合,硅烷偶联剂γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷和有机硅交联剂共聚改性得到半透明的改性有机硅微乳液,对其聚合时的工艺进行了确定.用于涤棉织物整理,对它的应用性能进行了检测.结果表明:该硅微乳液稳定性好,整理织物具有松、柔、滑之手感,织物弹性提高,悬垂性好,是一种新型的织物整理剂. Translucent micro-emulsion of modified silicone was obtained by using self-crosslinking tertiary component to modify silicone crosslinking monomer, micro-emulsion polymerization, ring opening polymerization of D4, and co-polymerization of silane coupling agent γ-aminopropyl-triethoxysilane with silicone cross-linking agent. The polymerization procedure was determined. The product was used to finish cotton-polyester fiber blends, and the application properties were tested. The results showed that the silane micro-emulsion, a new finish for textiles, had good stability, the finished fabrics were loose, soft and smooth, the hand-feeling and elasticity were improved, and the drapability was good.
