摘要 采用微波消解-氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法,用L-半胱氨酸预还原法,对染料中砷和锑进行了分析,讨论并确定了实验最佳测定条件.结果表明,砷和锑的检出限分别为0.058μg/L和0.075μg/L,回收率为90.4%~105.0%,相对标准偏差分别为0.6%和0.9%.该法准确、快速、简便,应用于染料中砷和锑的测定,结果满意. The method of determination, after L-cysteine pre-reduction, with microwave digestion-hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry was used to analyze the arsenic and stibium in dyestuffs. The optimal test conditions were discussed and determined for the experiments. The results showed that the test limits for arsenic and stibium were 0.058 μg/L and 0.075 μ g/L, respectively, recoveries 90.4% ~ 105.0%, and relative std. deviations 0.6% and 0.9%, respectively. The method was accurate, rapid, simple and suitable for the dyestu-ff arsenic and stibium determination. The results are satisfactory.
