摘要
洗麦机具有去石、着水和清除麦粒表面污染物及污垢的功能,且有助于提高面粉色泽,但传统洗麦机存在耗水量多、污染大、成本高、维修多等缺点。通过对洗麦机中麦粒与水流的关系分析,绞龙搅拌功率的计算以及水流体的能量衡算,提出将洗麦机分为洗麦和脱水两部分,采用离心脱水,并另设净化设备进行污水净化,通过改进可取得较好的效果。
A wheat washer serves the functions of de-stoning, dampening and cleaning wheat kernel surfaces of pollutants and dirt, and can also improve flour color. However, the conventional wheat washers have the drawbacks such as high water consumption, high production costs, severe pollution and more maintenance etc. On the basis of analyzing the relationship between the wheat kernels and water flow in the washer and the calculation of the agitating power of the worm and the energy of the water flow, the paper suggests to divide the washer into two parts, namely washing and whizzing. Centrifugal whizzing is to be adopted, together with additional cleaning equipment for cleaning the waste water, consequently resulting in better effects.
