摘要 主要研究多孔淀粉对被吸附物的缓释和保护性能,分别以咖啡香精、尿素以及杀虫剂为目的物,考察多孔淀粉对这3类物质的缓慢释放性能;以双歧杆菌、VA为目的物,考察了在制备及贮藏过程中多孔淀粉对目的物的保护作用。 The adsorption characteristics of porous starch were studied. When porous starch was applied to coffee flavor, urea and pesticide, it was found that these target materials were released slowly. And protection function was found on the adsorbed bifidobactirium bifidum and vitamin A during processing and storage.
