摘要
本文分析了碳酸钙在小高炉铁水炉外脱硫中的作用特点,并通过正交试验的结果讨论了添加剂在改善碳酸钙脱硫效果中的作用。试验结果表明,碳酸钙基复合脱硫剂具有成本低、使用方便及脱硫效率高等优点。
The function and features of CaCO_3 in desulfurization of hot metal of small volume blast furnace are analyzed. The article also discussed the effects of additives on improving the desulfurization results of CaCO_3 through the result of orthogonal tests. The experimental results indicate that CaCO_3-based desulfurizer has advantages of low cost, easy operation, high desulfurization efficiency and etc.
