具有优良综合性能的桥用钢板钢的研制

RESEARCH AND MANUFACTURE OF STEEL PLATE USED FOR BRIDGES WITH GOOD COMBINED PROPERTIES

本文详述了宝钢采用转炉冶炼,双重炉外精炼(RH+KiP),控轧等工艺研制生产BQ355桥用钢板钢的情况。结果表明,该钢种具有良好的综合机械性能和可焊性,完全符合桥梁钢的要求,具有广泛的应用前景。

This article presents the research and manufacture of BQ355 plate steel for bridges by adopting the processes of converter-melting, double ladle-refining (i.e. RH+KIP), controlled-rolling and etc. The results show that the above-mentioned steel has fine combination of mechanical properties and weldability and is completely up to the requirements for bridge steel. It has broad prospects of application.
