摘要
文章研究了Cr-Mo系和Mn-Mo系两类低合金石油钻杆用钢在H_2S饱和溶液中应力腐蚀开裂行为,介绍了按ASTM G38试验标准所进行的C—型试验方法和断口的制备,分析了这类断口的氫脆区、应力腐蚀区和撕裂区3个区域的腐蚀产物和形貌特征。
The stress corrosion cracking behaviour of the Cr-Mo system low alloy petroleum drill pipe steels in the saturated H_2S solution has been studied. The C-type testing method and fracture preparation done in accordance with ASTM G38 standard are introduced. The corrosion products and topography of three regions-hydrogen embrittlement(HE), stress corrosion cracking(SCC) and tearing out are also analyzed.
