摘要
使用1.48μm激光具有精确控制、操作简便、快速、安全等特点,国外已成功用于辅助孵化()、制动AH精子、辅助胞浆内单精子注射()、辅助种植前遗传学诊断(ICSIPGD)活检等方面,收到了满意的效果。就1.48μm激光在辅助生殖技术(ART)中的应用进行综述。
