论新基础教育课程改革中的考试问题

On the problem of Examination in the current basic educational curriculum reform

新一轮基础教育课程改革在课程评价领域主要体现在对中小学考试的要求上。如何看待本次课程改革在考试上的诸多新规定与新要求,这是值得我们探讨和研究的问题。在现阶段我国中小学教育教学中,考试具有存在的必然性与必要性,它不仅是评价学生学业成绩的一种主要方式,而且还是中小学素质教育的一项重要内容。我们还不能拒斥和削弱考试的功用,更不具备取消考试的条件,相反应当想方设法改进、完善它,促使其规范化、科学化、多样化,充分发挥其积极作用,抑制其消极作用,促进学生的全面发展。

In the new round basic educational curriculum reform,new requirements have been established in the evaluation system regarding the primary and middle school examinations. What attitude should we take for the new rules and requirements in the examination reform is an issue worthy of being considered. In the current education and teaching, the existence of examination is necessary and essential, for it is not only a main method evaluating students' scholastic performance, but also an important content of quality education. Therefore, we cannot reject or weaken its function. As a matter of fact we still haven't possessed the condition of abandoning examination. Instead, we should try every means to improve it ,making it more standard, scientific and diversified, bringing its positive function into full play and restraining its negative effect in order to contribute to students' overall development.
