摘要
通过对燃料电池水热管理系统的计算,利用有限元分析的方法,对燃料电池发动机的散热器进行了匹配性检测,达到了辅助设计的目的。在分析中,对散热器模型分别建模和计算,总结出热流密度在管束中的分布规律,并结合对管束热流耦合场的建模和计算,得到了散热器的散热效果。
This paper introduces the method,which includes the calculation and the finite element analysis of the water-heat management system for the fuel cell engine,the matching test for the radiator,so CAD purpose is met.During the analysis,by establishing the model and calculating for radiator respectively,the rule of the heat flux distribution in the radiator pipe has been concluded. Besides, the characters of the radiator have been obtained by integrating it with Coupled-Field calculation.
