粉末冶金烧结材料广义塑性屈服条件

摘要 根据粉末冶金烧结材料的塑性变形规律,推导出了广义塑性屈服条件。分析了待定参数对屈服条件的影响以及在传统参数确定方法中存在的问题,提出了新的方法。通过烧结铁圆柱试样单向压缩试验,验证了粉末冶金烧结材料广义塑性屈服条件的合理性和适用性。 In the paper,a generalized yield criterion is deduced based on the basic plastic deformation laws for sintered powder metallurgy materials.New ways for confirming pending parameters in generalized yield criterion are brought forward by analyzing influences of pending parameters on the yield criterion and some shortages in the traditional ways.Based on the single axial compression of sintered iron cylinder specimens,the rationality and applicability of generalized yield criterion are validated for sintered powder metallurgy materials.
