热加工对AM50镁合金力学性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 对不同热加工状态的 AM 50镁合金在不同试验温度下的拉伸性能进行了研究。结果表明,各种热加工状态下,AM 50镁合金的抗拉强度均随试验温度的升高而降低,而伸长率则随试验温度的升高而增加;挤压后进行热处理可对 AM 50镁合金的力学性能产生较大的影响。此外,通过拉伸断口形貌的扫描电镜分析,确定了 AM 50镁合金的拉伸断裂机制。 The tensile properties of magnesium alloy AM50 subjected to various hot-working conditions were investigated at different test temperatures.The results reveal that the ultimate tensile strength of the AM50 alloy decreases with the increase of test temperature while its elongation increases with raising up of test temperature.It is also noted that various heat treatments after hot-extrusion can greatly influence the mechanical properties of the AM50 alloy.In addition,the observations on fracture surfaces have been performed by SEM,and thus the tensile fracture mechanisms for the AM50 alloy are proposed.
