随着发动机和自动变速器技术不断发展,设备制造商( OEM )对 ATF 规格要求不断升级,我国目前装有自动变速器的汽车在逐年增加,需要与之相适应的 ATF 相匹配,因此需要开发满足 ATF-III的油品。介绍了我国 ATF 的标准、性能要求、发展现状及其基础油和复合剂的筛选过程,经过试验室的理化分析,并结合添加剂公司所提供的多项模拟评定的结果,确定 2号配方的分析结果最好,完全满足 ATF-III要求。

With the continuous development of engine and automatic transmission,the specification of OEM ATF is upgrade.The motor vehicles fitted with AT are increased year by year in China,so automatic transmission fluid(ATF)is needed to be fitted with the AT at the same time,it is necessary to develop the ATF-Ⅲ fluid.The standards,performance requirements and development status of ATF and its selection processes of basic oil and complex oil are described.By physical and chemical analysis in test room and the multiple simulation evaluation results provided by Additive Company,the analysis result of formula No.2 is the best that can meet the ATF-Ⅲ requirements.
