摘要
为适应高等教育蓬勃发展新形势的需要,高校图书馆必须进行管理体制的改革。阐述了高校图书馆发展应坚持的基本原则,提出了高校图书馆深化改革的目标和措施,即实行和完善馆长负责制、实行全员聘任制、实行目标管理责任制和建设一支高素质的馆员队伍。
In order to meet the need of the new developing situation of the higher education, the university library must make the reform of the managerial system. This paper expounds the basic principles of the development of the university library, puts forward the targets and measures for deepening the reform of the university library, that are practicing and perfecting the library director's responsibility system, practicing the all-staff's appointment system, practicing the objective management responsibility system and building a librarian ranks with higher quality.
