高职院校图书馆的现状及发展方向

Present Situation and Developing Direction of Vocational University Library

针对高职院校图书馆存在的设备老化、管理人员素质不高、藏书量严重不足等问题,提出了加快高职院校图书馆发展的若干对策,主要包括加快图书信息管理系统的升级换代、提高图书采访的针对性、建立健全“学科馆员”队伍和积极开展信息咨询和检索服务等。

In the light of the problems existing in vocational university library such as the degradation of the equipment, the lower quality of the managerial staff, and the serious shortage of the book collection amount, etc., this paper puts forward some countermeasures for promoting the development of vocational university library, mainly including speeding up the upgrade and update of the book information management system, increasing the directionality of the book acquisitioning work, establishing and perfecting the ranks of the subject librarians, and providing the information consultancy service and the retrieval service, etc.
